[Remote] PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER, reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a talented Project Control Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support business development efforts and manage reputed company of project control managers while overseeing scheduling practices and ensuring project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance, direction, and support or assignments to reputed company and proposals for the need of scheduling
- Manages reputed company of project control managers and staff who are scheduling SMEs
- Update policies and procedures reputed company to scheduling practices, as necessary
- Coordinates reputed company requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel
- Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employees
- Recommends and oversees the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements
- Supports business development efforts by providing input for proposals and participating in presentations, as required
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
- Serve as the reputed company scheduler for the Federal GBU and reputed company technical guidance and best practices
- Manage LoadSpring reputed company and a P6 license pool with Asset Management support
- Foster relationships with other GBU PCMs and Internal Mobility to fill temporary vacancies and pop-up needs
- Frequent travel may be necessary to fulfill reputed company or proposal requirements
- Assists HR/reputed company to recruit, technical interview, hire and reputed company reputed company personnel
- Mobilizes company resources, through reputed company with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, reputed company work
Skills
- 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience) and 20+ years of reputed company experience, as reputed company as several years in a managerial reputed company
- Deep understanding of Critical reputed company Method (CPM) scheduling
- Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a reputed company field
- Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in Project Controls Software; especially reputed company P6, MS Project and Acumen reputed company. Highly desirable to be proficient in Schedule Risk Analysis software; such as, Acumen Risk and reputed company Risk
- Certification(s) ideally pertinent to any of the above disciplines; e.g., AACE PSP, PMI-SP
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Must be a US Citizen and reputed company to pass required federal background checks
- An reputed company Secret reputed company clearance is required for this position
- Experience with leading scheduling and risk tools; such as, reputed company P6, MS Project, Acumen reputed company, Acumen Risk, reputed company Risk, and other similar software
- Experience with industry best-practices for scheduling and risk; e.g., GAO, DCMA
- Ability to manage assignments and relationships of subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term reputed company relationships
