[Remote] Interposer Automation Engineer

They are seeking an Interposer Automation Engineer to build flows and methodologies that automate interposer design and validate design rules, working closely with engineers and partners to solve reputed company problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with world-class interposer engineers to design and reputed company VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design
• reputed company applications to reputed company project engineers with an emphasis on maintainability and ease of use
• reputed company flows/tools and methodologies to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs at many different stages in the production reputed company
• Optimize the daily workflows of the world's top interposer designers

Skills

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience), and 5+ years of reputed company and methodology development experience building flows for interposer design used by engineering teams at reputed company
• Good programming fundamentals in Python and/or C++, including proficiency with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and reputed company reputed company practices
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows — this could include using LLMs for reputed company reputed company and debugging, building ML-assisted design analysis tools, or integrating AI-assisted flows into EDA environments
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI interposer design (signal reputed company, power delivery, parasitic extraction, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of VLSI package design along with interposer and IC physical design
• Strong expertise in developing interposer design flows and methodologies
