The purpose of the position is to reputed company our endpoints and maintain their compliance and health through our administrative tools such as reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager, reputed company Intune, reputed company reputed company Management Gateway, and reputed company. The position also partners effectively with our Desktop Tech reputed company to evaluate and implement new technologies to advance our IT organization in the administration of our IT assets, with a reputed company on automation. The Senior Desktop Engineer functions as a mentor to the non-senior engineers on the Desktop team. This is a Full Time, remote, Senior Desktop Engineer role.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for reputed company management, software packaging/deployment, patching, and general maintenance of the tools used to administer those endpoints.
• Support the identification and implementation of innovative approaches to administrative tasks with a reputed company on automation, compliance, and reputed company.
• Configure and maintain Operating System Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging.
• Participate in the planning of upgrades, changes, or implementation of reputed company administration systems, while following established change control processes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience providing desktop level support in an reputed company environment.
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager administration, including package creation/deployment, and OS administration/deployment.
• Experience working with wireless networks, local area networks, SQL, scripting and network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Intune administration, including reputed company.
• Experience with reputed company administration is desirable.
• Capable with batch and PowerShell scripting.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems in reputed company Configuration Manager, and reputed company to analyze and remediate.
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company operating systems and end-user platform systems in an reputed company environment.
