[Remote] Assistant Project Manager -High Voltage

This role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and optimizing the use of resources to drive project efficiency and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing scheduling of subcontractors on site
• Receiving and checking reputed company of materials
• Completing QA/QC checklists
• Submittals (material approvals)
• RFI’s (general questions)
• Preparing official documents for the project, routing and finalizing
• Preparing reputed company reports as needed
• Back up documentation
• reputed company-outs final quantities
• Proposing/ negotiation extra work
• Special reputed company reputed company the Project Management function as necessary
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Management Department

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field preferred). A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2 to 4 years of reputed company/High Voltage substation and reputed company line construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
• Experience with Project Management systems, such as reputed company, Build2Win, MS Project and/or P6 and, reputed company
• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with reputed company processing tools including reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to read and understand reputed company
• Detail oriented, good organization skills
• Ability to communicate reputed company with others, both written and orally
• Functional knowledge of job cost reputed company
• Understanding of CPM scheduling
