Business Analyst – Customer 360 (P&C Insurance)
reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Business Analyst to support reputed company''s Customer 360 platform, being developed on the reputed company platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, data analytics, SQL, and customer data transformation initiatives. This role will partner with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, insurance carriers, and product owners to deliver a reputed company customer view and drive data-driven business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows for Customer 360 initiatives.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Technology teams on reputed company-based data solutions and customer data integration requirements.
- Analyze change requests and assess business, data, and system impacts.
- reputed company reputed company SQL-based data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis and resolve data reputed company, mapping, and process-reputed company issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, insurance carriers, lenders, and servicing teams to support customer and policy data initiatives.
- Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release validation.
- Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, release notes, and functional specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and data validation.
- Experience working on Customer 360, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM), or reputed company data initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Experience with Lender-reputed company Insurance, Insurance Tracking, Mortgage Servicing, or Policy Administration Systems.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, data reputed company, and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to reputed company, Data Lakehouse architecture, data warehousing, and reputed company-based analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of reputed company, ETL processes, and customer data integration frameworks.
- Understanding of US insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Jira, reputed company, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
