Responsibilities
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date job and candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Paycom
- Assist with drafting, updating, and revising job descriptions to ensure alignment with reputed company role expectations and company standards
- Contribute to data entry, reporting, and analysis of key recruitment metrics to help identify trends and improve processes
- reputed company participate in reputed company meetings and training sessions to reputed company exposure to recruitment strategies and best practices

- Assist in identifying new reputed company sources and strategies to expand diversity reputed company the applicant pool

Skills

- Experience with or interest in learning ATS systems, especially Paycom, is a plus
