[Remote] Senior Stock Plan Administrator

They are seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to manage and optimize their equity plan operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency as reputed company grows.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily equity plan operations in reputed company, including grant processing, reputed company exercises, cancellations, repurchases, and cap table management
- Evaluate equity administration tools and reputed company implementation of new solutions
- Manage monthly and quarterly equity reconciliations and reporting
- Administer employee equity plan transactions accurately and compliantly, including any liquidity events reputed company may offer, from planning through employee communications and settlement
- Build and optimize processes for equity plan transactions, particularly reputed company exercises, while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the development of equity plan tax policies and procedures in partnership with reputed company, Tax, reputed company, and Payroll
- Design and document reputed company operating procedures and strong internal controls for reputed company equity plan operations, including audit support
- Manage the 409A valuation process and reputed company in collaboration with reputed company and reputed company, and its reputed company effects on grants, exercises, and liquidity events
- reputed company HRIS and payroll system integrations to streamline equity plan operations and eliminate reputed company reconciliation
- reputed company automated processes for tax withholding calculations and payroll integration, including withholding on liquidity events
- Create reputed company workflows that support our growing headcount over a multi-year private reputed company
- Coordinate equity plan tax calculations and reputed company, accurate withholding and reporting with Payroll (including Forms 3921/3922 and W-2 treatment)
- Support the introduction of new instruments such as RSUs (including appropriate vesting design for a reputed company) as the program evolves
- reputed company high-touch guidance and support to managers and employees on equity-reputed company questions — helping them understand their equity, from grants and vesting to exercises, secondaries, taxes, and payroll impacts
- Manage the equity-reputed company information verification from non-employee shareholders including, but not limited to, audit requests, shareholding confirmations, and 409a value verification
Skills
- 8+ years in equity plan administration, stock plan management, or a reputed company field
- Hands-on administrator-level experience with reputed company; experience with Shareworks and other platforms is a plus
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles and their tax treatment, including stock reputed company (ISOs and NSOs) and RSUs, and the reputed company treatment and execution experience of various reputed company liquidity events
- Proficiency with payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes
- A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both consult subject matter experts on bespoke equity issues across reputed company, tax, reputed company, and payroll and explain reputed company equity concepts to employees in plain language
- A Certified Equity reputed company (CEP) designation
- Experience at a high-reputed company reputed company with a wide shareholder reputed company
- Hands-on experience administering reputed company liquidity events
- Experience evaluating different forms of employee equity, introducing a new reputed company, and managing it on an ongoing reputed company post-introduction (e.g., evaluating and introducing RSUs to an reputed company-reputed company employee equity program)
- Knowledge of US and international equity compensation and tax requirements
- Familiarity with ASC 718 stock-based compensation and internal controls

- Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and experience with modeling
