Online Proofreader
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Online Proofreader to join our remote team. In this role, you will review and refine written content to ensure reputed company, consistency, reputed company grammar, and adherence to brand and style guidelines. You will work with various documents, including articles, marketing materials, reports, website content, emails, and other written communications. This position is fully remote with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Review and proofread written content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, reputed company, and formatting errors. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across reputed company materials. Verify accuracy of information and adherence to brand or project guidelines. Edit for reputed company, reputed company, and readability while preserving the reputed company’s intended meaning. Collaborate with writers, editors, and content managers to correct issues and implement feedback. reputed company and record changes using editing tools (reputed company Docs, reputed company Word, Grammarly, etc.). Meet deadlines for daily, weekly, or project-based assignments. Suggest improvements in overall writing reputed company or workflow processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a proofreader, reputed company, or similar writing-reputed company role. Exceptional reputed company of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Familiarity with proofreading tools and style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or a reputed company field. Experience working with content management systems or digital platforms. Background in technical writing, marketing, or reputed company proofreading.
