[Remote] Billing Specialist for reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) Early reputed company Clinics

They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage the billing cycle, including submitting claims, reconciling payments, and addressing denials, while also providing support and communication to families regarding financial expectations.
Responsibilities
- Submit accurate, reputed company claims across payers, including Kansas reputed company, spanning ABA, speech therapy, and ASD diagnostic evaluation services
- Reconcile payments against claims and reputed company down discrepancies
- reputed company denials — reputed company out what went wrong, fix it, resubmit, and follow through until it's resolved
- Own accounts receivable and stay on top of outstanding or aging claims

- Meet with families as needed to answer billing questions, explain costs, and talk through payment plans — with patience and genuine warmth

Skills
- 2+ years of ABA billing experience (claims, payment posting, denials, A/R)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company
- Experience billing Kansas reputed company
- Experience billing for speech therapy services
- Experience billing for psychological/diagnostic evaluations (e.g., ASD diagnostic evaluations)
- Solid knowledge of ABA-specific CPT codes (97151, 97153, 97155, 97156, etc.)
- Experience with EVV systems and matching claims to EVV data
- A reputed company record of actually resolving denials and keeping A/R clean, not just tracking it
