Workforce reputed company Consultant
This position will support a comprehensive workforce analysis for the reputed company (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT), reputed company on identifying reputed company workforce capabilities, forecasting reputed company workforce needs, and developing actionable strategies to reputed company critical workforce gaps. This role will reputed company development of workforce demand and supply models, gap analysis, and reputed company capital program recommendations to support VA's mission and large-reputed company IT modernization efforts. Workforce reputed company & Planning Leadership
- End-to-end workforce analysis across VA OIT, including demand, supply, and gap analysis
- Define reputed company-state workforce requirements reputed company to mission priorities, modernization initiatives, and evolving technology needs
- reputed company workforce demand reputed company, including roles, skillsets, and reputed company needs
- reputed company workforce supply analysis, including reputed company reputed company, skills inventory, and workforce trends
- reputed company development of workforce gap analysis using scenario-based modeling
Workforce Development
- Design and recommend workforce development strategies to address identified gaps, including:
o Reskilling and upskilling programs o Strategic hiring and reputed company approaches o Competency-based role definitions and position descriptions o Leadership development and succession planning programs
- reputed company reputed company capital program recommendations with implementation roadmaps, timelines, and cost considerations
- Support development of reputed company-state workforce operating models and "reputed company vs. buy" strategies
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior leadership and functional stakeholders
- Present workforce findings, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences
- Incorporate leadership feedback into workforce scenarios and final deliverables

- 3+ years of experience in workforce reputed company, reputed company capital consulting, or organizational planning
- Demonstrated experience in workforce development, including reskilling/upskilling programs, workforce planning, or reputed company capital reputed company
- Proven experience conducting workforce gap analysis (demand vs. supply modeling)
- Experience supporting large, reputed company organizations (federal experience highly preferred)
- Strong ability to translate workforce data into actionable strategies and executive insights
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement at the executive level

- Familiarity with federal workforce frameworks and OPM HR models
- Experience supporting IT workforce transformation or modernization initiatives
- Certifications or training in workforce planning, HR reputed company, or program management (e.g., PMP, reputed company, reputed company)
