Responsibilities

- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics
- Drive automation of operational processes and incident response workflows

- Design and implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions
Skills
- Ability to Obtain reputed company Trust
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of SEVEN (7)+ years of overall work experience
- Experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company platforms
- Strong AWS operational experience
- Experience with production operations, monitoring, and incident response
- Experience with container orchestration, automation, and Infrastructure-as-reputed company
- AWS reputed company certification
- reputed company SRE or reputed company reliability engineering experience
- Experience supporting highly available reputed company environments
- Experience with reputed company Engineering practices
- Familiarity with geospatial platforms including ArcGIS reputed company
