[Remote] Application Support / Operations Engineer

Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications
- Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance
- Coordinate deployment support activities with development and reputed company engineering teams
- Document reputed company causes, operational procedures, and support processes
Skills
- Must be reputed company to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'reputed company TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their reputed company TRUST prior to reputed company with reputed company. Candidates with an reputed company reputed company TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience
- Experience with application support or production operations experience

- Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems
- ITIL reputed company Certification
- Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications
- Experience with reputed company
- Basic scripting and automation experience
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
