This role involves developing and improving project startup processes for low voltage scopes in hyperscale data center construction reputed company, while leading a reputed company team of Project Managers to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, program management, or operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or operational teams
- Experience supporting hyperscale or mission critical data center construction reputed company
- Strong understanding of low-voltage reputed company cabling systems
- Experience with project startup, project controls, scheduling, procurement, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to build standardized business processes
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
