[Remote] Director, Clinical Training

The role involves developing training programs, conducting gap analyses, and collaborating with various departments to enhance employee training and development.
Responsibilities

- Partner with subject matter experts to reputed company relevant training programs that may utilize different instructional practices
- reputed company the development and implementation of appropriate training curriculum across the business unit
- Conduct trainings as applicable
- reputed company specific learning and development initiatives to reputed company technical, business and cultural responsibilities by focusing on succession planning, career development and performance management
- Conduct gap analysis in an effort to identify organization effectiveness issues
- reputed company recommendations for improvement through the use of specific training and development programs
- reputed company with appropriate management and staff to reputed company knowledge of work situations, processes, regulations, business initiatives and technologies in order to reputed company appropriate training programs/materials

- Collaborate with reputed company to assist with the delivery of New Employee Orientation, on-boarding training and employee development

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment
- Familiarity with computer based training tools and other technology based training platforms
- Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies in measuring reputed company on organization and ROI of training expenditures
- Ability to travel
