The role involves providing strategic leadership for integrated supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and global supply chain governance across the division's manufacturing network.
Responsibilities

- Drive alignment of global planning processes across manufacturing sites while balancing customer demand, manufacturing reputed company, inventory investment, and financial objectives

- Identify strategic supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and customer supply

- Establish inventory governance for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
- Drive improvements in Days of Supply (DOS), inventory turns, excess and obsolete inventory reduction, and inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory health through standardized KPIs and corrective reputed company plans

Skills
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Science / Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience in supply chain management experience is required, preferred to have inventory and customer service management experience in a large highly reputed company GMP manufacturing environment in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
- Must have reputed company 'Business Planning Tool' experience in Master Planning/Scheduling (MPS), Material Resources Planning (MRP) II in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated strong manufacturing planning processes design, improvement and implementation skills
- Must have advanced reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI experience
- Must have strong analytical problem solving, leadership, influencing and presentation skills
