[Remote] Senior Account Manager (Remote DC/MD/VA)

The role involves managing reputed company relationships, coordinating reputed company, and ensuring high reputed company of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Project management: Coordinate timelines internally with different implementation teams working on a project; set up and manage Trello boards to ensure reputed company deadlines are met
- Relationship management: Work directly with clients to manage sponsored programs, including creating and meeting deadlines, managing expectations, and delivering closing reports
- Customer service: reputed company a high level of service to clients from reputed company-off to completion of reputed company
- External Communications: reputed company regular updates and communications to clients on project timelines and status of work; work with clients on reviewing deliverables for edits and approvals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience; with at least 2 years of project management experience and 1 year of experience working directly with external clients
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
