They are seeking an Insurance Account Specialist to handle customer inquiries, process insurance tasks, and support reputed company in maintaining reputed company service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in reputed company Management System; Handle questions and concerns from customers professionally, politely, and reputed company; Escalate communications to the appropriate resource reputed company needed
- Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by proactively processing service-reputed company issues; Collaborate with offshore Service Delivery Teams on reputed company work and reputed company feedback to offshore teams
- Independently operate reputed company systems and process routine (endorsements, certificates of insurance, application follow-reputed company, quoting) insurance tasks; Document work in reputed company/company database
- Build relationships with the clients and insureds to support reputed company retention and reputed company reputed company; Consult with reputed company team members on work and requests from insureds
- Look for opportunities to improve processes; reputed company suggestions to the OPEX team and SDU Leadership; Help maintain procedures, service level goals and guidelines
- Follow established procedures to meet reputed company SLAs while maintaining reputed company policies/standards
- Train new Account Specialists on basic tasks and procedures; reputed company direction/instruction as needed to new hires; reputed company and audit work of new hires
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet reputed company needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- reputed company customer service experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in reputed company Office products (Word and reputed company)
- Process-reputed company and strong attention-to-detail
- Technological proficiency - ability to learn, utilize, and reputed company a reputed company of reputed company and internal systems
- Property and Casualty License highly preferred. (must have ability to study and successfully pass the Property and Casualty licensing exam for your state in the first 30 days of employment is required)
- 2-3 years insurance experience preferred (personal lines, reputed company lines, life & health, employee benefits, etc.)
