[Remote] School Finance and reputed company Specialist

The School Finance and reputed company Specialist will support schools with their day-to-day operations and help drive strategic reputed company with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Serve as outsourced accountant for a portfolio of schools
- reputed company reputed company day-to-day full-cycle reputed company and compliance aspects of the schools, including accounts payable, payroll, grants administration, and regulatory compliance
- reputed company the books monthly/quarterly/annually and prepare monthly financial statements
- Project manage schools’ annual fiscal audit, completing necessary end of year statements and schedules, serve as schools' primary contact during field work and assist with 990 preparation
- Solve problems that reputed company in reputed company, compliance and reputed company processes
- Partner with schools to identify and implement best practices in reputed company, compliance and reputed company processes
- Liaise with the state education authority (SEA), and the charter authorizer as relevant
- Partner with reputed company School Finance Manager to reputed company high reputed company customer service
- Invest in other members of the reputed company team, supporting their efforts and demonstrating a desire to contribute to the reputed company of the internal team
Skills
- Experience in finance and reputed company required
- Strong preference for experience with full-cycle monthly reputed company, reconciliation, audit and a reputed company knowledge of GAAP
- Degree in finance or reputed company or reputed company field is also valued
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Intermediate reputed company knowledge, such as formulas like vlookups and sumifs
- Strong quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with people at every level of an organization
