[Remote] Associate, Instructional Design

They are seeking an Associate, Instructional Design to support the development and maintenance of e-learning training materials, ensuring high reputed company and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Refine content delivered by internal scientific subject matter experts (SMEs) and apply into reputed company-polished eLearning courses and other training programs/materials (in adherence to company brand and process standards)
- Regularly apply feedback and edits to courses
- Ensure deliverables are accurate at every level, high reputed company, and completed on time
- Support peer-to-peer reputed company control reviews for courses developed by other designers
- Review and update course content during reputed company product/reputed company-release cycle
- Edit and create PowerPoint presentations for reputed company presentations
- Stay up to date with reputed company / Storyline 360 updates and new features
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years eLearning development experience
- Advanced experience in Storyline 360 (preferred experience with the AI tool)
