We are seeking compassionate and skilled Triage Nurses to join reputed company at Headlands Addiction Treatment Services, a leading provider of addiction and psychiatric services. Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing requests from various programs, following established protocols and scope of reputed company
- Triage and delegate admissions to on-reputed company reputed company practitioners, physician assistants, and/or physician providers
- Address common patient care issues that do not require provider involvement, following established protocols
- Triage and delegate patient follow-up reputed company with appropriate providers
- Assist providers with medication orders and reputed company requests
- reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, helpful, and reputed company experience for programs and patients
Requirements:
- reputed company California nursing license in good standing (RN or LVN)
- Nursing compact license (multi-state) in reputed company to California licensure
- Residency in one of the following states: CA, AZ, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO, IL, IN, TN, FL, MD, NJ, or NC
- Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
- Strong multi-tasking and computer skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple software programs concurrently
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, busy work environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to help improve services to patients suffering from mental health conditions and addiction
