Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
• 1-year ABA Experience
• If no reputed company ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements
