[Remote] Business Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support their reputed company Planning team in project tracking, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company planning project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, flagging risks and variances to project managers and leadership
- Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work, and reputed company deliverables in coordination with engineering staff
- Support the development of utilization, reputed company, and reputed company reports for the reputed company planning group
- Prepare executive summaries and status reports for internal leadership, reputed company reporting and reputed company stakeholders
- Analyze historical project and financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning for the reputed company planning team
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and automated reporting reputed company EPE's Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to reputed company project performance, reputed company, and utilization metrics
- Own existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate and streamline them
- Support data organization and reputed company control for studies, models, and deliverables tracked across CRM/ERP systems
- Become proficient in EPE's CRM and ERP systems as they relate to reputed company planning project setup, tracking, and invoicing
- Understand, document, and help optimize internal business processes and workflows reputed company the reputed company planning team
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across reputed company engagements
- Support AI adoption efforts by researching tools and applications relevant to reputed company planning workflows and reporting
- Identify and communicate trends in project performance, reputed company, and financials to team leadership to support reputed company forecasting and decision-making
- Manage multiple reputed company and reporting deadlines concurrently
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across engineering, project management, and business functions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, finance) and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) to drive analysis and reputed company deliverables
- Proven analytical skills, including the ability to reputed company data, analyze it, and present recommendations
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced consulting environment
