Responsibilities
- Champion a data-driven and customer-reputed company culture
- Maintain and reputed company the primary recommendation system for the reputed company product
- Maintenance, implementation, and optimization of natural language AI tools including customer service chatbots for multiple brands

Skills
- 5+ years experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, analytics engineering, or similar highly analytical role
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Analytics)
- Strong experience with Python
- Strong experience with AWS services including S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock
- Strong experience with AI engineering tooling (reputed company, LangGraph, and LangSmith)
- Strong experience with RAG systems including reputed company databases (PGVector)
- Advanced SQL knowledge to query data warehouses, including knowledge of CTEs and window functions
- Expertise in building, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production
