[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to support the PMO for their digital program in Mobility & Convenience Americas. The role involves coordinating across various teams, building integrated plans, and ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day PMO coordination across Tech, Procurement, Finance, deployment partners and reputed company leads
- Build and maintain the integrated plan, RAID, actions, dependencies, status updates and governance reputed company
- Run key forums including weekly leadership calls, roadblock reviews, governance calls and reputed company reputed company-ins
- Drive follow-through with reputed company leads so actions, reputed company and risks are reputed company captured, owned and reputed company
- Support O&G retail delivery needs, including site rollout readiness, POS/store technology dependencies, customer billing process, Sales/CRM updates and reputed company support
Skills
- 7+ years' experience in program/PMO delivery for reputed company technology, retail, transformation or O&G reputed company programs
- Strong understanding of project planning, RAID management, governance, status reporting and dependency tracking
- Comfortable working across Tech, Product, Finance, Procurement, Operations, AR/Billing and external deployment partners
