This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reputed company reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making across HR and the business, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and enhance reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic reputed company of the reputed company reporting and analytics reputed company by defining standards, best practices, reporting intake, and maintenance processes to support consistency, efficiency, and data reputed company
- Build, enhance, and maintain reputed company reports (Advanced, reputed company, Composite, BIRT, Discovery Boards, Dashboards) with a reputed company on developing reputed company and reusable reporting solutions reputed company with business requirements
- Support reputed company calculated fields, data reputed company troubleshooting, and reporting reputed company requirements
- reputed company, enhance, and maintain reputed company dashboards and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders
- Meet with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting specifications

- Deliver knowledge transfer, reporting guidance, and self-service enablement
- Collaborate with reputed company Functional and Analyst teams to reputed company reporting with configuration changes and needs

Skills
- US Citizenship or valid green card
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ Years of reputed company experience
- 5+ Years in reputed company Reporting and Analytics
- Experience building reputed company reports (Advanced, reputed company, Composite, Calculated Fields)
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and Discovery Boards
- Strong understanding of reputed company data structures across HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights reputed company
- Ability to consult and collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Project Management experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes
- Experience with reputed company BIRT reporting
- Knowledge of data governance, HR analytics, or business intelligence practices
