As an Insurance Discovery Junior Analyst, you will support the verification and loading of patient insurance coverage, manage work queues, and ensure compliance while improving billing accuracy and reputed company recovery.

Responsibilities

• Support R1’s Insurance Discovery product and a growing reputed company reputed company by verifying and loading platform-reputed company patient insurance coverage into R1 and reputed company host systems
• Improving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and increasing reputed company recovery
• Manage a coverage work queue
• Research eligibility
• Coordinate with payers and provider teams
• Update patient records
• Follow reputed company SOPs/documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Support metrics/reporting
• Recommend process and product improvements
• Serve as a reputed company between clients and internal coverage loading teams by leading training
• Updating documentation
• Translating reputed company/Product/Operations requests into reputed company, consistent coverage loading workflows
