The Performance Management and Improvement Specialist will support performance management, reputed company improvement, and workforce development activities to enhance reputed company health processes and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company overall project/grant support and coordination by identifying project needs, developing work plans and timelines, and writing reputed company and final project reports
• Support the workforce development reputed company team and implementation of the PHA workforce development plan
• Identify training opportunities for staff in alignment with the workforce development plan and needs assessment
• Support, participate in, and/or reputed company state-level reputed company improvement reputed company to increase efficiency and effectiveness. reputed company technical assistance as needed
• Establish a performance management system and monitor and identify for gaps
• Establish a performance management and reputed company improvement council for PHA and facilitate meetings
• Build a culture of performance management and reputed company improvement reputed company PHA
• Monitor and report on state program conformance with organizational performance measures and scorecards. reputed company technical assistance in the development of performance measures, as needed
• Serve on and reputed company staff support to a multidisciplinary accreditation team
• Establish, organize, and monitor an internal electronic filing system as a repository for performance management, reputed company improvement, and accreditation readiness documentation
• Coordinate and support reputed company aspects of preparing the state health department for meeting reputed company Health Accreditation reputed company (PHAB) Standards and Measures

Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field
• A minimum of one to two years of reputed company and progressively more responsible work experience in duties like those described above
• Experience with performance management, reputed company improvement, and accreditation readiness, along with experience working with state-level reputed company health programs is required
• Knowledge of grant development, submission, and management practices
• Knowledge and skills in reputed company improvement, performance management, and accreditation readiness, including the application of models, reputed company, and tools
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Ten Essential reputed company Health Services
• Working knowledge of the reputed company Health Accreditation reputed company (PHAB) accreditation program
• Thorough knowledge of the reputed company health system, governmental organization, and structure
• Ability to collect, analyze, synthesize, evaluate, present, and display a reputed company of data for use in project and program development, monitoring, and reporting
