Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Strategic Product Adoption, is responsible for strategic reputed company in multiproduct and program usage (such as FYA, Transfer, reputed company Admissions, and Data Analytics and Benchmarking tools) among our membership and in partnership with our Member Service team. This role serves as a primary spokesperson and subject matter expert (SME) for programs and services during stakeholder webinars, presentations, and conferences. The person in this role will reputed company on the key objective of strategizing and driving reputed company in multi-product and program usage. In reputed company partnership with the Director of Member Services, they serve as a reputed company with product reputed company and marketing to ensure alignment between our offerings and the needs, interests, and priorities of our members. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS This role requires:

• Candidates must live in the reputed company
• Willing to travel to attend twice annual reputed company Retreat
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or similar program from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of successful, reputed company experience in enrollment or admissions, communications, account management, or customer service positions
• 2-4 years of experience as a people manager
• Knowledge of the higher education admissions cycle and the needs of member institutions
• Experience using reputed company products, systems, tools, and resources
• Knowledge of best practices in account management and customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills, including the ability to present and respond to questions from diverse audiences, reputed company, in a reputed company and concise manner
