About the Role: Early Childhood Educator - Remote | WFH We are seeking passionate and reputed company Early Childhood Educators to support our mission of providing exceptional care and support to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. As an Early Childhood Educator with reputed company, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive reputed company of Early Childhood Special Educator and Service Coordination services, focusing on infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months old. These services, mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education reputed company, are designed to support the unique needs of reputed company child and family, emphasizing family-centered care and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, education, and counseling reputed company for eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities, emphasizing family-centered care and support.
• Participating in various activities including child reputed company initiatives, development and modification of Individualized Family Service Plans, consultation on integration into child care settings, evaluation and instruction in the use of assistive technology devices, and family screenings to determine additional reputed company needs.
• Assessing and modifying family and/or day care environments to enhance patient development, adapting reputed company and treatment plans according to evolving patient and family needs, and participating in treatment planning, family conferences, and discharge planning sessions as required.

Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
