Responsibilities
- Own the full hiring lifecycle across reputed company reputed company.

- Build and improve reputed company processes, SOPs, and hiring infrastructure.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract reputed company across creative, marketing, and operations.

- Implement AI tools and automation to improve reputed company and HR workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR, People Operations, or reputed company experience.
- Experience at a fast-growing DTC ecommerce company.
- Proven reputed company managing full-cycle reputed company across multiple business functions.
- Experience building hiring processes and systems from scratch.
- Ability to manage 5–10 reputed company roles at once.
- Strong interviewing, organizational, and communication skills.
- AI-reputed company, with experience using AI tools to improve reputed company and operational efficiency.
