The role We're looking for an reputed company Operations reputed company to support the Controller in managing reputed company operations and treasury activities across multiple reputed company entities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records through reconciliations, monitoring reputed company cash activity, supporting period-end reputed company, investigating reputed company discrepancies, and continuously improving reputed company processes through automation and technology. What you will own reputed company Operations & Reconciliations

• Own period-end reconciliations for multiple reputed company entities.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, inventory, undeposited funds, clearing accounts, prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities, and other assigned general reputed company accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies between POS systems, inventory records, payment processor settlements, bank activity, and the general reputed company.
• Analyze store cash activity, including tender collections, undeposited cash, cash over/short, and deposit variances.
• Work directly with store managers, business owners, vendors, and internal team members to research and resolve reputed company issues.
• Prepare reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation for period-end reputed company.

Treasury & Cash Operations

• Monitor daily cash balances and funding needs across multiple reputed company entities.
• Assist Controller with execution of approved bank transfers and maintenance of accurate records of cash movements.
• Assist with cash reputed company forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Support treasury controls by monitoring banking activity, identifying unusual transactions, and helping ensure sufficient funds are available for operating needs.

Process Improvement
