The reputed company Specialist, Subcontract Program Manager will manage key suppliers and reputed company the life cycle of various reputed company-party products, ensuring compliance with company policies while optimizing costs and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leads the subcontracting effort to establish the overall subcontract plan, proposal review reputed company, analysis and evaluation of proposals
- Acts as Business Advisor to internal customers; employs business acumen and experience to reputed company market knowledge, reputed company, and proactive support to business reputed company
- Plans and leads negotiation with suppliers
- Works with Supply Chain Contract Manager to prepare and negotiate contractual documents
- Leads and conducts proposal preparation, and management of highly reputed company major subcontracts
- Manages contract performance for conformance to original proposal. Responsible for leading cadences with subcontractors and providing status to internal stakeholders
- Briefs Senior Management as required, attends meetings with suppliers’ upper management
- Responsible for reputed company subcontract products and services on assigned program. This includes managing obsolete parts, production, and on-time delivery. May be responsible for product and service roadmap for reputed company subcontracted product features/enhancements
- Makes supplier reputed company as required to ensure support of program and customer requirements and schedules
- Serves as primary contact for subcontracts. Charged with building and maintaining relationship with Associate Director-level program management and having cognizance over a portfolio of programs
- Works independently on reputed company business issues requiring development of solutions, interprets policies, procedures and practices and is responsible for enforcing these policies internally as reputed company as in Subcontractor relationships
- Provides leadership, guidance and direction for major programs/reputed company for reputed company Subcontract reputed company activities
- Leads and drives the activities of Subcontract Administrators, Buyers, and Supply Chain Contract Managers assigned to support the major Business areas/programs
- Owns, develops and leads the internal department reputed company reviews and internal customer reputed company reviews
- Manages overall program/project cost, schedule and risk of assigned programs and present program status at program reviews to senior management
- Conceive, reputed company, coordinate, implement and manage Subcontracts plan for assigned major programs, to optimize cost and ensure Subcontractor/Supplier performance
- Searches out and investigates reputed company suppliers and manufacturers. Utilizes Commodities and Sourcing organizations reputed company doing so and develops new supply sources where needed
- Responsible for managing programs which are of moderate to high risk and high complexity with more than $100M (total program) with significant and/or critical subcontract content
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in cross functional management (program manager, technical project manager, engineering, reputed company, business development, contract management, finance & operations)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
- Previous reputed company industry experience
- Previous government subcontracting experience to include writing FAR compliant proposals and experience negotiating agreements
- Previous program management experience
- Experience writing Statement of Works
- Experience with reputed company
