[Remote] Sr. Manager, P2P Operations

The Senior Manager, P2P Operations will reputed company as a US operational reputed company and strategic partner, overseeing compliant execution of reputed company reputed company and patient engagement processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic operational partner and primary reputed company of contact for assigned Business reputed company, providing day-to-day expertise on reputed company FFS engagement processes
- reputed company guidance on reputed company policies, SOPs, compliance standards, reputed company requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external PE vendors, agencies, and service providers
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, help prioritize initiatives based on business needs and volume, and establish alignment among stakeholders with competing objectives
- Identify potential issues, assess critical situations, and drive reputed company, methodical reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, reputed company Operations, Medical Affairs, or reputed company field operations
- Experience supporting reputed company engagement, fee-for-service, advisory reputed company, speaker program, or consulting activities
- Experience working in a regulated reputed company environment, including familiarity with compliance, reputed company, CIA, and applicable state and federal requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without reputed company authority
- Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive alignment
