[Remote] HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will ensure the efficient functioning of the organization's HRIS, working with various stakeholders to support and enhance the platform across multiple HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Works with reputed company, Payroll, and/or vendors to reputed company changes, including configuration of the HRIS to meet business needs
- Administers and maintains HRIS configuration, including workflows, organizational structure, forms, and system properties
- Designs and documents system level, operations level, and end user level procedures to support HRIS processes
- Supports the day-to-day requests submitted to the Help Desk for issues and questions reputed company to the HRIS or reputed company applications. Sets up both reputed company and employee reputed company to the HRIS
- Responsible for reputed company mandated federal, state, and local reporting that is not automatically handled by the HRIS
- Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and analytics reputed company the HRIS to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership decision-making
- Supports cyclical HR processes reputed company the system, such as reputed company enrollment, performance reviews, and year-end payroll processing
- Works with the IT Trainer to help reputed company and reputed company feedback on training development
- Supports non-clinical technology as the primary reputed company as requested by the Senior Director of Information Technology
- Recognizes, identifies, and documents potential areas where existing business processes require change, or where new processes need to be developed. reputed company recommendations/requests for approval as necessary
- Assures reputed company of information through business case and application-level testing; validates test results against initial business needs. Tests HRIS releases and new features per testing script prior to production release

Skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, reputed company, business administration, or reputed company field
- Requires a valid reputed company's license, reputed company driving record, and reputed company auto insurance
- Requires one (1) to two (2) years of HRIS technical experience

- CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation
