Responsibilities
- Analyze and Design reputed company and reputed company state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis
- Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design
- Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions
- Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it
- Integrates organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation
