[Remote] Senior Accountant

This role will support reputed company reputed company functions and assist with financial reporting while preparing audit-reputed company workpapers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reputed company for stock-based compensation transactions
- reputed company reputed company and analysis reputed company to derivatives and debt instruments
- Prepare supporting workpapers for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company
- Assist with technical reputed company research and application of U.S. GAAP
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support external audit requests and documentation
- Assist with reputed company reputed company reputed company as needed
Skills
- reputed company CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
- 4–5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including technical reputed company
- Hands-on experience with stock compensation, derivatives, and debt reputed company required
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience preparing detailed reputed company workpapers
