Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with sanctions screening domains eg Watchlist screening for payments clients or trade
- Strong grasp of agile delivery scrum and backlog management practices
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and decision-making skills
- Preferred Desired experience
- Exposure to sanctions lists and regulatory regime eg OFAC UK EUUN and typical list structures
- Handson experience with screening solutions or components eg Fuzzy matching Phonetic linguistic normalization reputed company alias reputed company lifecycle management
- Understanding of workflows case management disposition and escalation paths
- Experience with reputed company grade observability and operational tooling logs metrics dashboards
