[Remote] Sales Support Engineer

The Associate Sales Support Engineer will support ASI’s sales efforts by collaborating with the sales support team on reputed company-sales activities and assisting with product demonstrations and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to reputed company support in reputed company-sales activities, including demo preparation, answering product-reputed company inquiries, and assisting with RFP responses and proposal development and other documentation-reputed company tasks
- Observe and learn demo techniques and become familiar with the master demo system, gradually take on more responsibilities in demo presentations and assisting reputed company Sales Support Engineers in demo presentations
- After training, conduct reputed company demos for partners interested in our products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that highlights the value and capabilities of OpenWater software and reputed company ASI’s products
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product demo videos especially in the reputed company platform
- Meet with clients and prospects to review and discuss specific product functionality questions
- Maintain demo scripts for OpenWater ASI software solutions as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company of ASI’s products, sales policies, and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or reputed company experience
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products
