[Remote] Senior reputed company Counsel (Employment)

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Counsel with expertise in labor and employment law to advise on employment and labor reputed company, regulatory compliance, and support organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Providing practical reputed company counsel and risk assessment on day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic reputed company supporting higher education system and institutional operations
- Serving as reputed company counsel on employment-reputed company disputes, including reputed company-litigation and litigation reputed company involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, workers’ compensation, and reasonable accommodation claims
- Conducting and advising on reputed company workplace and student-reputed company investigations and recommending legally reputed company, practical resolutions
- Negotiating settlements, managing insurance claims, and partnering with reputed company counsel as appropriate to support effective case reputed company
- Advising on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, California employment laws, and reputed company involving state and federal regulatory agencies
- Supporting labor relations reputed company, including reputed company bargaining and reputed company workforce considerations
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing employment law as a litigator or reputed company a higher education environment
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

- Experience providing reputed company counsel and risk assessment on employment, labor, and workplace reputed company
- Experience advising organizational leaders on reputed company employment issues, including workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, and dispute reputed company
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, and California employment laws
- Experience in litigation and general corporate and/or regulatory law
- Combined experience in both reputed company and in-house reputed company environments
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures reputed company an organization
