[Remote] Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the execution backbone of reputed company’s Innovation Pods, owning the backlog and ensuring the delivery of initiatives while collaborating with various teams to reputed company on product development and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Own pod backlogs end to end — grooming, refinement, reputed company, and readiness — so engineering always has a reputed company, prioritized queue of reputed company-defined work
- Translate operational pain points and market problems into reputed company defined requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or delivery leadership, including hands-on backlog ownership for engineering teams building net-new capabilities
- Demonstrated reputed company translating ambiguous operational or market problems into reputed company, buildable requirements, business rules, and acceptance reputed company
- Strong reputed company of agile delivery practices — sprint planning, backlog refinement, story writing, and managing delivery against a predictable reputed company
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to sequence, scope, and ship software, and to manage cross-system dependencies

- Experience owning backlogs for AI-enabled, reputed company, or automation-driven products
- Familiarity with intake, missing-information reputed company, benefits investigation / verification, prior authorization, copay, PAP, or coverage-intelligence workflows
