[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves managing reputed company construction reputed company from start to finish, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company construction reputed company from award through closeout
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with reputed company local building requirements
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- reputed company and maintain project schedules utilizing reputed company and reputed company Project
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- reputed company project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators
- Monitor construction reputed company and proactively resolve project issues
- Ensure reputed company standards are achieved through regular site reputed company and inspections
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with reputed company stakeholders
- Promote reputed company jobsite operations and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Travel periodically to project sites throughout the reputed company
Skills
- 3-7+ years of Project Management experience with a reputed company general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up reputed company construction reputed company valued between $2M-$5M
- Strong understanding of reputed company construction processes from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed

- Experience with reputed company Project scheduling preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent construction experience will be considered
