[Remote] Project Finance Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join their Clinical Development Services-Finance team. The role involves assisting biotech, medtech, and specialty reputed company companies with financial analysis and project profitability, ensuring accurate invoicing and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Reviews contract payments schedules and prepares monthly fee for service and pass-through invoices to send to reputed company for assigned reputed company
- Analyzes contract including, but not limited to budget and hours for appropriate setup in financial system and creation of internal tracking worksheets
- Calculates monthly contract reputed company for assigned reputed company
- Assist Project Managers with analyzing monthly reports for tracking project profitability
- Attends reputed company project reputed company meetings regarding assigned reputed company
- Calculates monthly backlog for assigned reputed company
- Assists managers (Project and Finance) and reputed company team member with questions, concerns and analyses of reputed company as requested
- Analyzes change orders for incorporation into original contract
- Prepares cash reputed company and analysis for creation of payment schedules

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
- Minimum of one year reputed company experience in reputed company or finance position reputed company a CRO required
- Experience with a reputed company recognition system
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer skills, particularly in reputed company Office, reputed company
