[Remote] Strategic Ops Project Manager

This role focuses on process improvement, workflow optimization, technology implementation, and AI integration to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to evaluate reputed company workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement reputed company process improvements
- Manage cross-functional reputed company from planning through execution, including requirements gathering, project planning, status tracking, issue reputed company, and implementation support
- Support the optimization and administration of business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms (DealCloud experience preferred)
- Analyze operational, financial, and business process data to reputed company reporting enhancements, actionable insights, and workflow automation opportunities
- Improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization across business teams
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, process improvement, or technology optimization
- Experience reputed company private equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional reputed company from planning through implementation
- Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- DealCloud experience preferred
