User Acceptance Testing Capability Manager - Remote

The UAT Capability Manager is accountable for the end-to-end ownership, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical and operational applications. This role ensures that new features meet business, clinical, and user experience expectations prior to release. Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of UAT for Existing and New Applications

• Clinical background with demonstrated experience in clinical workflows or reputed company operations
• Experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a reputed company setting or clinical software/electronic medical record knowledge
• Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, including status reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
