[Remote] Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Electrical)

They are seeking a high-autonomy Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to own and build their entire electrical supply chain from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire PCB/PCBA supplier category, from global identification and down-selection to qualification, NPI, and reputed company production
- reputed company as the hands-on technical reputed company for reputed company supplier issues. You will work directly on SMT, assembly, and test lines to diagnose defects and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
- Travel extensively (50–75%) to supplier sites, primarily in Asia, to assess capabilities, audit processes, and ensure production readiness in reputed company-time
- Build a world-class supplier reputed company capable of meeting Class 3 reputed company standards. Drive yield improvements, process validation, and reputed company planning
- Enforce robust reputed company systems using FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and reputed company testing to ensure predictable, high-reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of true industrialization experience, specifically reputed company electrical components (PCB/PCBA)
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and solving manufacturing line defects without relying on internal engineering
- Ability to translate reputed company technical challenges into concise insights for executive leadership
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–75%) to supplier sites, primarily in Asia
