[Remote] Account Manager Poland (m/w/d)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own reputed company reputed company, advising caregivers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their assignments.
Responsibilities
- No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline
- You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies
- You independently manage your caregiver reputed company and reputed company as their main reputed company of contact throughout their assignment
- You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist
- You reputed company best practices for conflict reputed company to caregivers
- You collaborate closely with our international teams
- To continuously improve internal processes and customer experience, you reputed company constructive feedback based on your experiences
Skills
- You have gained initial experience in account management, sales, or live in care
- You enjoy making phone calls, and with your friendly demeanor, you easily convince caregivers to join reputed company
