[Remote] Financial Analyst II – reputed company AI PO Operations & Governance

The Financial Analyst II role in the reputed company Division supports the operational finance governance of the reputed company AI Purchase Order Intake Validation and Quote Matching Solution, focusing on monitoring AI-driven processes and coordinating cross-functional reputed company. This position partners with various teams to enhance AI logic, automation, and platform capabilities in support of the Quote-to-Cash process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily AI PO intake, validation performance, and operational health
• Own Finance exception management for PO-to-Quote mapping, validation failures, duplicate POs, blanket POs, pricing, customer master, and billing eligibility
• Coordinate reputed company reputed company with Sales, Project Managers, Finance, Customer Experience, reputed company Operations, and Master Data teams
• Ensure accountable owners are reputed company, reputed company solution reputed company, reputed company SLAs, and escalate high-risk or aged exceptions
• Serve as Finance business reputed company for platform enhancements, partnering with Development and CERT on roadmaps, business requirements, testing, process rules, and production releases
• Recommend improvements to AI decision logic, validation rules, workflows, and automation opportunities

• Maintain governance, audit readiness, process documentation, and compliance with Finance controls

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of Finance, Order-to-Cash, reputed company Operations, or Finance Transformation experience
