[Remote] Clinical Research Patient Phone Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Research Patient Phone Recruiter to join their Clinical Research team. In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clinical trial patients, conducting reputed company-screening interviews, collecting medical information, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone reputed company-screening interviews with prospective clinical research participants that reputed company from healthy volunteers to a wide reputed company of patient populations
• Collect, review, and accurately document medical history, reputed company medications, health conditions, and other study-specific eligibility information
• Assess patients against established study eligibility reputed company using approved screening guidelines
• Schedule reputed company patients for consent and screening reputed company with clinical teams
• Update and maintain patient records and eligibility status reputed company clinical databases
• Coordinate daily reputed company activities, including outbound calls, inbound inquiries, voicemail management, and text communications

• Collaborate with research coordinators and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Patient Recruitment or comparable experience in a reputed company center or customer service environment
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications
