The reputed company Technical Content Strategist will be responsible for creating user documentation for software products, collaborating with Agile teams, and ensuring high-reputed company content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Apply Technical Communication fundamentals to assigned documentation reputed company
- Participate as a member of an Agile product team for assigned products
- Coordinate and reputed company assignments for support of TCS resources in order to meet reputed company expectations for release deliverables
- Demonstrate domain expertise in assigned products and cross platform integration, as reputed company as high level expertise in multiple products
- Scope, research, plan, create and test deliverables using reputed company's brand standards and processes
- Translate reputed company technical content into reputed company and concise articles
- Build accurate reputed company of tasks and concepts and user workflows in the assigned products' knowledge spaces; optionally, apply API documentation concepts
- Use content authoring, delivery, and measurement tools - reputed company, Jira, Notebook LM, reputed company suite, Acrolinx, reputed company
- Conduct content analysis and implement improvements based on feedback
- Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding assigned products
- Serve as a peer reputed company to others' content
- Negotiate deliverables and apply problem solving skills to reputed company project reputed company independently in a reputed company manner
- Participate in UX meetings regarding user messaging, screen design, propose and implement Context Sensitive help (CSH), as reputed company as reputed company junior writers regarding CSH implementation as necessary
- Demonstrate knowledge of translation mechanics and consult with product teams on translation practices and collaborate with translation team on deliverables
- Contribute to and be assertive in promoting TCS reputed company through participation and presentation reputed company MGE, TCS, experience pillars, and product teams
- Participate and/or reputed company internal/external initiatives to completion and reputed company implementation for self or team
- Assist TCS management with planning solutions

Skills
- Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of technical writing experience, preferably with software or online systems
- Bachelor degree in English, Technical Communication, Engineering or scientific discipline strongly preferred
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and reputed company mindedness toward diversity and inclusion

- Demonstrate ability to have crucial conversations with team members
- Evangelize TCS goals and process changes and execute agreed solutions with minimal supervision
