The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with various teams to drive reputed company and ensure effective deployment of AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company strong relationships with reputed company AI/ML teams to drive adoption and expansion
- Own reputed company strategies across a portfolio of strategic accounts
- reputed company discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical challenges, and business objectives
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions to showcase platform capabilities
- Partner with customers on AI use cases, implementation strategies, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to solve reputed company customer challenges and ensure successful deployments
- Monitor customer engagement, usage, and account health to identify opportunities for improvement
- Run executive business reviews to demonstrate value, strengthen relationships, and identify expansion opportunities

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Technical reputed company, Technical Account reputed company reputed company Engineering, or a similar customer-facing reputed company role

- Strong technical experience around LLM/Gen AI concepts
